Our Products CTI Connector or wallboard is only reading data from Database or CRM & creating an engagement in CRM/DB, but no user information is being saved within our connector nor are we sharing information with any third-party application.
The only software that Octavebytes provides stores customer information is Agent Desktop (Module which provides small CRM within the tool to store client information). It stores and manages customer information as configured by the client.
